- April 1st to October 31st - $295/night (plus GST and applicable taxes)
- LOW SEASON

- November 1st to March 31st - $250/night (plus GST and applicable taxes)
Three-night minimum stay. Please note that high season rates apply on all holidays, long weekends, Valentine's Day, etc. Check in time is 4pm and check out 11am
Cottage Reservations
Your reservation for The Summer Residence is held with a 25% deposit with VISA or MasterCard. Final payment is due one month prior to arrival date.
A $50 processing fee is applied to all cancellations until the last 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit is forfeited unless we are able to rebook and the $50 processing fee would apply.
In lieu of a security deposit - we reserve the right to charge for any loss or damage assessed on departure.
We are a pet-free property.
