Those that purchase vacation homes usually only use these homes a few weeks out of the weather, usually during the summer. Which means that the home sits vacant for the rest of the year. It is a good idea for some people, however other people may find that they do not like the idea. First off, this is extra income that you are getting that normally you would not have.
